Programs can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

The first coaching session (the preliminary session) gives you background to The Exit Coach and an overview of the coaching process.  It also covers how coaching works and how it feels to be coached.  In this session, we define the primary vision and goals.

In the subsequent sessions, strategies are set and actions are developed to move you forward towards your desired goals.  There can be 8, 10 or 12 sessions in the coaching program.  Each session involves a coaching conversation for one hour a week or fortnight over a period of 3 to 6 months.  This amount of time is generally long enough to break any compromising habits and short enough for clients to remain focused and see the achievement of the goals.

Various texts, tools and techniques are utilised as appropriate from our personal library, for example career inventories, values clarification, monthly checklists, work/life balance questionnaires, wellness scorecards and feedback forms.
